Working back up from the back, the #08 was again behind Henry, the car got sideways in front of the #08 causing the #08 to again check and stop. Since the #08 was charged with the cautions Team RPM had to run the C-Main.

In the C-Main the #08 started 6th. The #08 made it up to the leaders, when Henry lost control, hit the right rear of the #08 causing major damage. The #08 kept going, however until a tire blew during the last lap, finishing the night.

June 9, 2006 Limland Motorsports Park, Lima, Ohio
Won the Heat; Won the Feature
Limaland finally got back to racing after a four-week break due to rain cancellations.  The #08 had an in-car camera to record the race for future television coverage. Team RPM had the pole in the heat race, led the entire race to take first. In the Feature, Terry Hull had the pole and the #08 started in 3rd. With no cautions, the #08 made it to second behind Hull for almost 18 laps. During the last few rounds the lead cars were coming in to lap traffic when Hull moved up to run high, then on the last lap moved low rubbing the #08 through turn two, three and four. In the back stretch they were still side by side until the #08 got the edge to win the Feature. It was Meet the Driver's night when fans get an opportunity to meet their favorite driver.

June 3, 2006, Eldora Speedway, Rossburg
3rd in Heat; 10th in Feature
In the Heat, the #08 went out on the outside, front row with rough track conditions. The #08 got to second when a caution came out. During the restart, another car did a slide job in front of the #08;
the #08 slowed to prevent a collision and ended up 3rd.

In the Feature the #08 started 12th after the mods set in line for over an hour waiting for the sprints to finish. Since the track was slick and rough on the top, Driver Mike Roediger set the car up for the bottom of the track. During the race, a couple of cars got by on the top. Since the bottom wasn't working, the #08 went to the top racing three-wide down the stretch, but wasn't able to pass additional cars. The #08 finished 10th for the night.

Won Heat, 6th in Feature
Another big night of racing at Lawrenceburg with a 47-deep field
of mods. Team RPM drew a 10, starting 10th in the Feature after winning his Heat. During the first lap of the race, the #08 was hit when another car ran over the right wheel and broke the the upper A arm. The #08 kept going. Officials stopped the #08 on the track during a caution, looked over the situation and sent the car back in the field. Although the suspension problem hampered performance, the #08 made it to 4th, ran 5th for awhile and finished 6th for the night.

May 27, Lawrenceburg, Indiana Speedway

In an exciting race, the #08 started in the Feature leading several laps until one car managed to get by. Racing for first throughout the race, a caution came out with four laps to go. On the restart another car was trying to pass underneath, hit the #08 on the side, while going three-wide around the track. The #08 was pinched between the two cars, slipped back to third, but managed to gain a position to finish 2nd for the night.

Team RPM will be racing again at Lawrenceburg on Sunday. Friday night races at Limaland were cancelled.

May 20, Portsmouth Raceway Park, Portsmouth, Ohio
3rd in Heat Race; 5th in Feature
With cancellations still plaguing local tracks, Team RPM went to Portsmouth starting 4th in the heat. The #08 made it to third when it hit the wall causing problems with the drive shaft. The car still finished 3rd in the heat.

Off the track the drive shaft was quickly changed in time to run the Feature. Starting in 9th position, the #08 made it to 5th. Few cautions were called in the race making it hard to catch the leaders. Team RPM finished 5th.

May 19, 2006, Gas City, Indiana

Feature Race Win
After a three-year absence from the Waynesfield track, Team RPM struggled during the hot laps and heat race, trying to make major adjustments to the car. By the end of the heat race however, only four cars were left on the track and the #08 came in fourth.

Going out in the feature after making more adjustments, the #08 took the bottom line and never saw a car in front the rest of the race. Several cautions came out, but the #08 took the restarts and led the entire race, sometimes with a 4-5 car length lead. Team RPM came away with a win.

During the feature win presentation, all sponsors were named in front of the grandstand.

May 5, Limaland Motorsports Park, Lima, Ohio
Won Heat Race, 3rd in Feature
Starting on the outside third row, 6th place in the heat race, Team RPM started moving forward when the #0 car of Ronnie Perrine got sideways. The #08 had to move up to avoid the collision, then passed the #55 car of Schroder and won the heat.

In the Feature, again on the outside third row, 6th place, the #08 held his position for a few laps working the bottom of the track. The #08 passed Terry Hull for third behind Scott and Rosselet who were racing for the lead. "I had a car to win, but didn't have the opportunity," said Driver Mike Roediger. The #08 finished 3rd for the night.

April 29, 2006, Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, Ohio
3rd in Heat, 5th in Feature
Taking off from the pole in the heat race, Team RPM was side by side with Sanders when Chinn got by both. The #08 passed Sanders for second. Brian Ruhlman was trying to pass and did a slide job on the #08, hitting the left front wheel. The #08 finished 3rd.

In the Feature Team RPM started 12th. With the top of the track dried, the #08 took it easy, moved to the bottom where the #08 started passing cars, reaching 5th to finish for the night.

April 28, 2006, Limaland Motorsports Park, Lima, Ohio
Won Heat Race; 2nd Place in Feature
Team RPM has won its last three heat races, two at Lima and one at Eldora during the last couple of weeks. Starting on the outside front row Friday night, with Sherman on the pole, the #08 took the lead and led the heat race winning by three seconds.

In the Feature race, the #08 started on the inside 2nd row, third place. With rough track conditions on the bottom it was hard to pass and keep the car under control. Driver Mike Roediger kept his patience, making it to second behind Terry Hull. Something happened to slow Hull and the #08 had to turn under to avoid a collision. Josh Scott went by on the high side and took the lead with eight laps to go. Racing hard under the track conditions, the #08 had no opportunity to pass without risk of trouble so stayed in second to finish second for the night.

April 23, 2006, Eldora Motor Speedway, Rossburg, Ohio

Won Heat Race; 3rd Place in Feature
After last weeks blown motor, the #08 spent the week building a new motor for Eldora. Saturday morning saw the team still at the garage trying to get it together. Team RPM made it to Eldora at
5:21 p.m., nine minutes before time.

Starting on the outside, front row, the #08 got the lead in a tough heat race which had both past track champions in the mix. The #08 got the lead and kept it even after a caution came out and a restart where Ruhlman tried to make a pass.

In the Feature race, Team RPM started 5th in a fast start. A slower car in front caused the #08 to tap the car and check up to avoid causing damage to either car. Several cars passed the #08 dropping him back to 7th. The #08 started making his way toward the front. With 2 laps to go Orr passed the #08, then the #08 retook the position, passing Orr. Another caution came out and Orr tried to pass the #08 but wasn't able to get by before the checkered flag. Driver Mike Roediger noted that it "wasn't a pretty race," as he slid into the wall a couple times since the track was so slick. Roediger, however, was happy with the 3rd place finish. The #08 shares 4th in points at Eldora with Brian Ruhlman and Scott Orr.

April 22, 2006, Limaland Motorsports Park, Lima, Ohio

Won Heat Race; Collision caused 18th place in Feature
Taking the lead after an outside front row start, Team RPM led the heat race throughout and won for a quick transfer to the Feature.

A good place in the Feature, 2nd row, outside, should have led to good results, but that didn't happen.
During the first lap as the #08 took turn two, the car got a little high and jumped the cushion, turned sideways hitting Bowersock and breaking the left front suspension. Team RMP finished 18th.

April 15, 2006, Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, Ohio

Team RPM went to Eldora Saturday night starting 5th in the Heat. Running behind Bowersock, the #08 passed Bowersock, who then passed the #08. Team RPM regained the position, passing Bowersock to make it to 4th, the last transfer spot to the Feature. Starting 14th on the outside 7th row in the Feature, the #08 used caution to proceed due to rough and dry track conditions. Trying to stay out of trouble  the #08 dropped to 16th, then started passing, making it up to 10th.  In the last laps of the race Driver Mike Roediger noted there was some debris on the track, but had nowhere to go to avoid it. Roediger thought he had avoided contact with the debris until a smoking motor indicated something had pierced the oil pan. With less than two laps to go, the #08 pulled off the track, finishing 21st.

April 14, 2006, Limaland Motorsports Park

Limaland opened their season Friday night under threat of showers. Showers held off however for the Sprint and Mod division, but canceled out the Stocks Feature Race.

Team RPM started 7th in the heat races running a new car and motor which needed major adjustments prior to the Feature race. Wet track conditions made it difficult to pass.  The #08 finished 7th in the Heat.

In the Feature race, starting in 19th position, Team RPM was working toward the front, when the #18 of Jon Henry came down in front of the #08. To avoid a total collision, the #08 had to go through the infield, losing several places. The #08 continued, however, working toward the front, finishing 4th for the night.

April 7, Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, Ohio

After a week of rebuilding two motors, Team RPM headed to Eldora under the threat of rain. Although  heat races were delayed due to showers, modified heat races soon got underway. In the heat races, Team RPM started 4th, stayed to the front throughout the race, reaching second, with Brian Ruhlman's car right behind. During the last lap, the #08 almost spun, allowing Ruhlman to get by. The #08 finished third.

The #08 went out on the inside 2nd row for the Feature. Using caution to go forward, the #08 was two wide with pull-setter Kelly Bolby in the #36 when a caution came out. During the restart, the #08 got by Bolby to take the lead. The #08 led five laps using the middle of the track as the topside was slick. Ruhlman got by on the top, followed by another car. The #08 moved to the top line, staying with the leaders. The #44 car tried to make a pass, but the #08 held him off taking third for the night.

After the April 1st races, the #08 was 6th in Ohio Points, 13th in the region and 164th in the nation in UMP Modified Points.

April 2, Eldora Speedway, Rossburg, Ohio
Beginning the season, the Team #08 ran the hot laps at Eldora with
41 mods in the field. Nursing a repaired cracked block, the #08 took to the track 7th in the heat to finish in 4th place to be able to transfer to the Feature.

Starting 14th in the feature the #08 avoided a collision of three cars directly in front during the first lap. The #08 swerved through the middle and came out without a scratch, moving the car up three places.

"The car was fast all night," stated Driver Mike Roediger allowing him to pass a few cars to make it up to fourth place. With 14 laps in, the #08 was passing the third place car, was not quite clear when the #08 tapped the other car during the pass causing it to go to the wall. The tap also sent the #08 to the wall where it bounced off and rode the wall down to the turn.

At the same time, the car of Andy Bibler blew its engine, bringing out a yellow.  Roediger kept going and was able to collect  himself for the restart, but the car was more difficult to handle. Losing a couple of spots during this time, the #08 finished sixth.
